We built a small exclusive enclave of office suites that would appeal to a select few who appreciate a large and comfortable office space without being tied down to a long term lease or the high price of executive space at other facilities in downtown Tampa.
Designed for privacy and comfort, our common walls are packed with insulation on all sides for added noise reduction and privacy. Your door is solid wood ensuring you have privacy and confidentiality from others that share the common areas.
All of our offices are a minimum of 110 square feet up to 225 square feet with 15’ ceilings and progressive can lighting in all offices….no fluorescent lighting that wears on your eyes. Each office has at least one glass wall from ceiling to floor offering outside natural lighting that can be allowed in or closed out with a twist of a shade wand.
All offices are furnished with u-shaped designer office desks, 2 side-chairs, an executive office chair, file cabinets and a credenza. Additional furniture and accessories may be brought in on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to our comfortable and spacious office suites, you also have access to a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig K-Cup Coffee maker, sink with disposal and cupboard storage space including serving dishes and silverware for company conferences or meetings.
